Design, development, and installation for Foxtel Networks Australia's Internal Digital Signage Network, powered by Google. With Foxtel boasting over 1.4 million subscribers and holding significant market presence, the challenge was to implement a cost-effective, robust communication system capable of reaching multiple individuals simultaneously and easily deployable.
Leveraging the existing TV infrastructure within the buildings and integrating new technologies to reduce costs, I led the process, which involved building and testing smaller display units, researching trusted devices, and attending a workshop at Google's Sydney Headquarters.
Collaborative efforts with key managers from Foxtel's various departments ensured seamless integration into the workflow. Following six months of rigorous testing and widespread support, Foxtel has successfully introduced 19 units, with 70 more units approved for rollout. The system now provides comprehensive coverage of Foxtel's programming, news updates, and events, benefiting the entire company across departments.
